Wasn't keen to use this store as in the past I've found it lacking in customer service skills, not enough staff or being ignored, but I couldn't have been more surprised by the customer service we received the minute we walked in the door, instantly greeted by a lovely man checking we knew where to go and if we needed any help to just ask, along with the friendly helpful staff at the collection point made the visit more pleasant then I'd been expecting. Well done Currys Bedford, keep up the good work.

I've been a Currys customer for decades and can't understand why there are so many negative reviews for the Bedford Branch as I've personally had nothing but brilliant service. Just recently, I was served by Laura who was clearly customer focused as she dealt with my purchase with the utmost courtesy and professionalism. I was left with a most positive experience and can only thank Laura for her help and assistance in helping me with my order by providing this review. We had a warranty exchange and it was really nice to talk to a manager who knew exactly what was required and sorted us out with no issues at all. His staff were also just as supportive. Very pleasant experience. Thanks!

I bought this Dyson V8 Advantage for around £229. It has a fixed battery but is very light. It came with the base station that I have wired through the cupboard it is fixed to. It has a 60-minute run time on normal and 20 minutes on max. The main connection to the vacuum is a little weird. I had to drill a 14mm and 6mm "snow man" to get it through the wood. The sales lady was friendly, and we spoke about the Dyson first we had both owned around thirty years ago. Ironically, it was more expensive than this is now. The store had a lift, and staff were invisible up the point I needed them. I might have tips for Dyson, but not for the Curry store themselves.

Home delivery from Currys was generally a good experience. The order arrived a little later than expected, but everything was still warm and packaged well. The menu had a good balance, ranging from mild dishes like Chicken Korma and Butter Chicken to much hotter choices such as Jalfrezi and Vindaloo, so it felt like there was something for everyone. The Butter Chicken was probably the standout, with a rich sauce and good flavour, while the Korma was mild, creamy and easy to enjoy. The Jalfrezi had a nice kick, and the Vindaloo was as fiery as you would hope. Sides were also decent, especially the naan and poppadoms. Overall, a solid delivery service and a menu with enough variety to suit most tastes. A bit more consistency on delivery times would improve things, but no major complaints. Oh, the Samsung TV I ordered was also top notch

Went to purchase a new washing machine. Good selection of reasonable to expensive machines. Went for an Indesit one. Reasonable quality at a good price. Signed up for a 9 month interest free payment. Convenient. The staff member who sorted me out was friendly and helpful. Highly recommended 👍.
